This activity is probably the most enjoyable and adventurous on the mountains. Certainly the most difficoult and dangerous. We must know more is possible to be calm and have fun.
In our courses we will cover the following topics:
Tecnic, up and down with various adaptions to the different types of terrain.
Nivology, Knowledge of the various typical situations.
Equipment, choose and adapt to the various equipment.
Safety, risk management and reduction of dangers.
Self-Rescue, how to behave in case of emergency.
Groups min, 3 persone, max 7 and also for individuals.
