Walking should be the activity we find most easily the time for. It's not always true though, in fact, too often modern man doesn't dedicate the time and concentration necessary to do this activity.
Our groups move very slowly in the forest and then up, until we reach the peaks of the Great Parks, which circle our towns and villages in the middle of the valley, attentive of our breathing and even more so apparently obvious and simple, that it's outside and inside of our bodies.
Nothing in the world could be more beneficial to us as human beings than walking slowly in the surrounding nature.
